NOVEMBER | gatherings

The theme for our November blog post is gathering. Seasons are changing, holidays are approaching and attention turns to the places and spaces called home. This is a special time to anticipate and prepare for time with family and friends. Throughout this month, in our showroom, and through our social media and website, we hope to inspire you to reflect upon our theme. There are so many good reasons to gather, from festive holiday feasts and celebratory events to daily dinners with loved ones. There are the televised sports parties, spontaneous get-togethers, board games, puzzles and projects to share. What brings you to the table with the folks you enjoy?

A dining table that balances beauty, function and comfort sets the stage for memorable moments. Such a table is versatile, durable and provides plenty of room to fit the occasion. It invites, encircles and simply brings it all together. Our table selections feature a variety of materials, finishes and sizes. Do you sometimes need a little extra room? Come see our stunning extension table crafted in American Black Walnut.  Are you interested in environmentally responsible production? Check out our tables made of reclaimed and sustainably harvested woods. Perhaps you’ve been pining for marble. Wait until you see what we’ve got.

Tables are a big part of our contemporary dining collection, but we also have quite a variety of chairs, benches and buffets to fit your needs, space and lifestyle. We look forward to seeing you and helping you bring it all together for your next gathering. This month we celebrate and support The Jefferson Dancers Foundation with a charitable donation. This organization helps to sustain the Jefferson Dancers, a middle school program providing “development of the whole student through artistic expression, technique, discipline, cultural awareness and community involvement … a basis for success in all aspects of life as well as a foundation for further study in the arts.” (Jefferson Dancers / http://www.pps.k12.or.us/schools/jefferson-dancers)
