Thought I would take the time to let you know how great Kate was with us when we came in on Sunday Sept 1. Although the store was moderately busy, she took the time to answer our questions and explore options with us. We had come in to look at a specific product and she was able to help us with the ordering and purchasing, giving us time to make decisions without feeling rushed. Then when my husband liked some captains chairs she was very responsive and collaborative about his interests and design ideas.
