What to expect during your design meeting

You’ve scheduled your consultation but don’t know what happens next. It’s pretty straightforward- our hope is to WOW you. So, the more information you provide to our designers the better the design outcome. Below are tools that help our designers know your space better. They’ll ask for this information during the initial meeting.

Initial Meeting

What to Bring with You

  • Your wish list

  • Any pieces you’re considering from our website and/or Pinterest boards

  • Photos of the rooms your want to focus on, and if possible, each wall

  • Floor plans and measurements of each room

  • Materials or photos of pieces that you’re already working with

Don’t know how to measure or need some help? Check out our measurement guide.

What to Expect

During the initial consultation, whether that takes place in the showroom, or phone, or even your home, the designers will talk about your goals, the project's scope and budget.

Some of the questions they will ask may be:

  • How do you use your space?

  • What styles inspire you?

  • What’s missing?

  • What is your budget?

Don’t know what styles inspire you or what your design style is? Check out our Pinterest page, design guide, or past projects.

What happens after the initial meeting?

After the initial meeting, the designers go to work! They create floor plans and mood boards to address your wish list. After this is completed, they will follow up to arrange an in-store presentation meeting. At this time our design team will show you what they have put together - finished floor plans, furniture selections, and selected fabrics and finishes.
