The primary responsibility of this candidate is to communicate EWF Modern products, services and brand to acquire customers, retain them and sell products to them.

You are a dynamic designer looking for a full time position where you can have your hands in producing and managing all sorts of creative content. You are comfortable working independently but are great at collaborating and taking direction. Promptness and thinking a few steps ahead are how you operate.   • Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the fields of furniture, interior design and/or architecture
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Bridge, Google analytics, video editing software, Snapchat, Instagram + Facebook Live, DSLR cameras, HTML + Spotify
  • Experience creating and preparing graphics for print and the web
  • Experience with digital marketing - facebook ads, Google AdWords, working with influencers
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Reputation management


  • Manage, update + design all brand collateral
  • Design print and digital graphics for ads, e-blasts, signage, selling tools, mailers, the web and more
  • File Management - manage and maintain digital image library by requesting, filing and renaming photos and files from manufacturers, manage and maintain a digital and hard-copy archive of projects, sales, and marketing efforts
  • Web management + maintenance - Add products to website, update product information, add/remove temporary sale graphics and verbiage, update inspiration photos, add design projects, post blogs, identify areas for growth or updates for the website, track analytics
  • Create and update cut sheets and furniture tags
  • Manage marketing budget and calendar
  • Manage manufacturer contacts
  • Be liaison between advertising sales reps and owner to explore new opportunities and create a plan for advertising with them
  • Generate ideas and plans for sales events and promotions with owner, create all sales collateral and selling tools, prepare showroom for sale
  • Photograph showroom and interior design projects for marketing efforts
  • Manage and create visual and written copy for blog and social media posts
  • Occasionally order business cards and office supplies
  • Edit graphic assets, save files for web,
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings as well as meetings and check-ins with management
  • Communicate marketing efforts with team members
  • Implement projects and perform other duties and functions as necessary or as assigned by the owner or supervisor
  • Update email subscription list and eblast performance document analytics
  • Networking with local businesses, interior designers, architects, developers and real estate agents
  • Be liaison between IT and EWF Modern team members

  • Maintain in-depth knowledgeable about our products and our customers
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures
